Terms:
A shipping and handling cost will be added to all orders and vary depending on location to be shipped to. All orders will be shipped by FedEX, regular ground service. FedEX Next Day Air, 2nd Day, and Express service is available at an extra charge, but orders must be submitted no later than 2pm PST to ship out that same day. All orders placed outside of our business hours will be shipped the next business day. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Established dealers may be able to pay with a CC on file with our company.

Back Orders:
"Back order" refers to any item/items we don’t have in stock at the time of the order, but can be automatically sent out when we get them back in stock. We can keep an item on back order per the customer’s request. There will be additional shipping cost when the item is finally shipped. We will honor sale prices or prices at the time of the original order. Please keep in mind you may not be called before the item is automatically shipped to you, so please call to cancel any back ordered items you no longer want. Your account will NOT be charged until the item is back in stock and shipped to you.

Delivery:
All items are shipped from CORAZZO - Shipping and Handling Warehouse, Porltand, Oregon, USA.

Claims:
Title to merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier. All merchandise is packed so that it will arrive in good condition. Delivery of the merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or missing parts must be filed with the carrier immediately. YOU MUST KEEP THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX AND SHIPPING LABLE TO MAKE A CLAIM, CLAIMS WITHOUT THIS WILL NOT BE APPROVED. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within two days of receipt of goods.

Returns:
CORAZZO will only accept goods for credit with prior authorization. You must call or email us to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All requests for returns must be made within five days of receipt of goods. All freight charges must be prepaid on returns and insured for your protection. Any items accepted for credit must be in new condition, with all labels, and in the original containers. All returns will be credited to your account for the amount paid, less a 10% restocking fee, unless CORAZZO was at fault. NO portion of the shipping cost can be credited, ever. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus shipping costs, at our discretion.

By selecting, “Submit order", I hereby authorize CORAZZO to initiate charges to my credit card for the total of the order. You will NOT be charged for any "Back Order" or "Out of Stock items" until they are shipped, at which time you will be charged the price at the time of your order plus additional shipping for that item/s if applicable (see "Back Orders" for more details).

By purchasing any items from CORAZZO you are agreeing to all the above terms. If you disagree with any of these terms please send back your order within five days for a refund (you will not be refunded for shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee will still apply). Please call for a return authorization before returning any items.

We at Corazzo Design are committed to respecting your privacy and recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of personally identifiable information you share with us (any information by which you can be identified, such as name, address, and telephone number). That is why Corazzo Design has established this privacy policy, so that you can understand the care with which we intend to treat your information.

In general, you can visit corazzo.net without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. We track and analyze statistical data about the visitors to our site to make beneficial customer improvements based on trends and statistics, but the individual user remains anonymous.

Some of our Web pages utilize "cookies" so that we can better serve you with more tailored information when you return to our site. Cookies are identifiers which a Web site can send to your browser to keep on your computer to facilitate your next visit to our site. In order to make a Corazzo purchase you will be required to register as a user in our online store. Any and all the information collected from registered users will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned to any other company for any reason! The information you provide when registering will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to communicate appropriate information about products, services and community news related to Corazzo. When registering as a user you are automatically entered as a contact in our email newsletter database and will receive monthly company information about products, services, and special promotions. If you would like to opt out of receiving these emails follow the Unsubscribe links in the newsletter or email marketing@corazzo.net with "Unsubscribe me" in your subject line.

INFORMATION We want to give you information about our privacy policy and assure you that we take reasonable steps to see that it is followed within our company.

CHOICE There are times when we may collect personal information from you. It is our intent to inform you before we do that and to tell you what we intend to do with the information. You have the option not to provide the information, and are always able to "opt out" of certain uses of your own information. If you choose not to provide the information we request, you can still visit most of the Corazzo Design website, but you may be unable to access certain options, offers, and services.

ACCURACY We do our best to maintain the accuracy of personal information you supply to us; we are working on tools that will allow you to review and update your information in the future.

SECURITY We will take appropriate steps to protect the information you share with us from unauthorized access or disclosure.
